Dan brings 14 years of comprehensive product development, marketing, manufacturing and international business experience to the company, including leadership of three start-up operations and two acquisitions while he was associated with two major medical device manufacturers.
Dan’s drive and innovations in surgical instrumentation and delivery systems have provided accelerated business growth covering applications in over 20 surgical disciplines. Dan holds two utility patents and 14 pending patents in the field of surgical instrumentation delivery systems and RFID technology solutions.
Mike’s passion for innovation continues with over 25 years experience in electronic systems design and corporate management. Mike has founded eight companies over the past 20 years and has intimate technical and management experience in high-tech electronics applications.
In the mid 1980s, Mike designed and developed high accuracy direction finding receivers and digital control hardware, digital RF memory, RF micro sensors and UHF microwave receivers for Magnavox Government and Industrial Electronics. In the early 1990s, Mike co-founded Innotek Inc. a high-tech design and manufacturing company that developed the underground wireless fencing and other high-tech pet training products.
Michael Quinn brings Solstice 25 years of financial and operations management experience from a variety of public and private companies in the consumer products, industrial products and medical products markets.
As Chief Financial Officer for Invisible Technologies, Inc., Medisystems, StairMaster Health and Fitness Products and Lau Industries Michael led the process of raising new debt and equity to finance those businesses and to acquire and divest of various business units. As VP of Operations for Lau Industries and VP and General Manager of the Invisible Fence Brand, Michael led a number of internal and external strategic initiatives resulting in substantial revenue and profit growth.
Matt joins the Solstice Medical team with twelve years of product development and program management experience with International Truck and Engine, where he led an engineering team responsible for a 5-year, 300 million dollar, new semi-tractor commercial vehicle design program.
Matt’s skills include defining and analyzing customer product requirements, product design, product testing and customer training. Matt holds a mechanical/aerospace engineering degree from the University of Dayton and a two commercial vehicle design patents.
Kevin brings 15 years of sales, marketing, business development and management experience to Solstice Medical. Kevin has assumed increasing responsibilities with public and private corporations in the OEM and supplier medical marketplaces.
As General Manager of Avalign Technologies, Kevin was instrumental in the development of their sales structure, multiple acquisitions, new product development and overall strategic planning. He brings a diverse background across medical specialties including orthopaedics, spine, neurosurgery, ENT and endoscopy.
Will is a 2008 graduate of the Welden School of Biomedical Engineering at Purdue University. His primary responsibilities at Solstice include product development and supply chain management. He began his career at Solstice as a college intern and then was hired as an Associate Project Engineer after college. After leading successful projects at Solstice he was promoted to Project Engineer.
Court has 23 years experience specializing in Object-Oriented Design and Analysis with extensive experience in the full life cycle of the software design process including requirements definition, prototyping, proof of concept, design, interface implementation, testing and maintenance.
